Switch to IBM ? Stay at my current startup company ?

Well, its been a year and a bit more at my current company. Work is❌ was✅ chill, organised and good. But these days everything is being required to develop and deploy within a week or two and everything is a priority task. I really don't like this. Unnecessary-ily building features that people barely use. (Recently built a full end to end workflow feature because the company top level said they realllllllyyyyy needed it. But even after a month now, there's not even a single customer who has brought it (or has been sold, however you like to see it). Enough with the rant. TLDR, I'm really not liking the way things are going these days. Plus pay is avg for the crazy work.

And so, I had applied to IBM to a relevant role, interviews happened. Final round remaining. I looked up the payscale. It's showing less than what I'm currently being paid 👀. Does IBM not pay well ? What's the WLB and employee benefits like ? I'm looking for real honest insights. 🙏🏻
