Switch to Gulf

I have an offer from Oman for 1600-1700 OMR/month. My current CTC is 23 LPA + 2 VP, and I hold ORCL RSUs worth 17 lakhs. Should I withdraw 2L from the RSUs and move to Oman, or stay with Oracle, or explore other opportunities in India?
