Switch to development
Hi all, Iam in grade c1 digital cadre very intrested in development area.
But I assigned to sap support and worked now with no option. Now I have completed courses and wings1 python assesment and upgraded to showcase my skills I have asked release they accepted it.
But one dout how to get dev project after release as iam digital cadre they will assign to project as soon as possible.
To get dev project I should not update my present technology in my digital profile? Consult RMG as soon I got released? Please suggest.
To get the dev project better to switch ASAP to some mid level companies or product based companies instead of these WITCH companies, bcoz in this company it's a rare chance u may get development.
Once you will be relese from the project you will be given any other projects you can ask the details and if you are getting released from the account then you will be released to rmg and you can then also choose but in both the cases they will tell apple but you may land up in Orange 😐
