Switch to Accenture

I worked as a Tibco developer for 4 years in Capgemini, Now I Got Shortlisted for an Interview Application Support Engineer.

I would like to know the interview process and how much can I expect as a developer with 4+ years of experience.

I quoted a 100% hike on my current CTC Which is 12 LPA. is it fine or should I ask for more.

Is there any company policy? To Cap the Hike at 100% ?

Please help me with this information.
