I guess it depends only on band. Roles may differ. Pay is based on band !! Correct me if I’m wrong.

Domain change will require approval from the partner of your specific practice that you are tagged to. It also requires approval from WMG head, HR and domain head for your release

Find relevant jobs in IJP and clear the interviews. If domain change required it will be done by HR. You only need to clear the interviews.
