Trending @Accenture; Switch teams within a project ?
Hi everyone, How to switch to another team within a project. Currently I am working in an SAP based team but I came to know that there are other teams in the project which are working on the skills in which I am really interested because I want to make a career in that only not in SAP.
Please suggest something.
Have a talk with your people lead , if they're okay, please have a chat with your manager and make sure reach out to the person who is responsible for assigning projects inside your project.
I have tried everything, even though I reached HR to help me out in changing the project but she told me that neither we change the project for ASE nor we give roll off to them. There is no response from my people lead yet after I mailed him for either a roll off or change the project. Should I now talk or mail to my senior manager ? Because I am facing a lot of mental issues, I dont want to make my career in SAP, and I am not able to get out of it.
