Everyone says switch switch switch I am trying my best being 8yrs experienced but not getting selected in interviews and trying to skillup also parallelly but still something getting missed. Literally pissed up after the work i still need to give time to work for left stuffs and parallley in mind this realilling also keep on running ☹️😞😞

It's gonna be difficult, once you start prep and appearing for interviews it's gonna take 6 months . Be patient.
Keep trying bro, work on your shortcoming, everyone talks about there success but no one talks about there failures. Everyone fails in interviews at first, trust the process.
