Switch suggestion

I’m planning to resign and look for other opportunities. I discussed my dissatisfaction with my manager and his senior manager as well. There has not been any resolution to that. There is no understanding between the manager and employees. They want us to stretch and work late nights. Also, some of the employees have been working late nights and over the weekends and that expectation, the manager has now with the whole team. The work is worse and there is no learning in the team and in the whole org as well.

I’m a sde with 2.7 yoe.
