Switch Suggestion

I want to switch with higher package around 40 to 50 lpa. Currently my package is around 20lpa and 4.5 yoe. I am working in oracle cloud as oic, bip, rest api, sql developer. Can anyone please suggest what all other skillset i need learn and companies name which can provide highet salaries in this range.
