Hey guys I want to know how you guys handle 3 months notice period and when to start applying for switch like I got promoted to analyst in current cycle (December2025) I will complete my 2 years in accenture in April 2026 so should wait till that time then start applying?Need Suggestions

Do not. I repeat do not stagnate after 2 years. Use the udacity access you have from Accenture and upskill ruthlessly and switch aggresively. I repeat the market is going to change rapidly. And your only resource the money and skills. I repeat DO NOT STAGNATE AT ALL UPSKILL RUTHLESSLY AND SWITCH AGGRESIVELY.

I was assuming i will get promoted this time but no, i wish i will get promoted in june cycle or anyways i will switch, so i too need advice for how to switch

We are on the same boat but do you think itโs worth waiting till June?

Yeah, same thing. I did not get promoted even after being a good performer and has around 1.8y exp. I have already started preparing for the switch. If I get an offer I will switch without promotion else will take june promotion and switch.

After completing 2y resign and apply for 1.8y it's rare of getting calls
2+ will be nice until then prepare, prepare, prepare

What tech stacks ya'all working in
