Java spring boot has lot of demand why do you want to shift to management if you see the pattern of layoffs recently most of the mid level managers were laid off instead of developers

Actually I want to be in a leadership roles not in a developer one because there lots of hectic and pressure from management all the time in a developer role everyday

You need minimum 8 years to be in management or a MBA from decent B school.

I would say since your young try big 4 consultant roles it will give you good challenging work

You would become redundant easily in mgmt roles unless your good at bucketing or you have exceptional skills in business. Project management/ scrum master roles are all becoming redundant. Don’t think mgmt will not have pressure it’s an even higher pressure with redundancy if performance is not good. Anyway it’s my take. All the best
