I want to switch, currently holds 2 years of experience worked on AI ML projects. Currently I am in a client project billable. Project activities are yet to start, but I didn't hold any offer yet nor did I resigned. If I would appear for interviews and got offer while working in project can I get early release? So that I can negotiate my notice period also?? Any views on this.
