I'm planning to switch from Wipro once I'm done with my final semester i.e this November. But I'm not sure if I should switch before accepting the offer from Wipro? Please guide me and share your experience.

If you do it without accepting the new offer then you get 1 month Notice Period which is useful to find a new job for immediate joining. But if you accept and then resign you will be able to show better Current CTC for your next offer negotiation and you will have smooth onboarding since you will have PF contributions from Wipro. I have seen people had slight problems when they were not able to show PF contributions from Wipro.

Suggestion: Resign in December when you find a job, and get counter offers in your 3 month Notice Period.
