Switch or upgrade to Digital?!

I joined tcs 7 months back, got Data Engineer role but work haven’t started and have zero exp. So what is a better option? Switch or upgrade from ninja to digital.

Don’t waste time on upgrading profile, nowadays wings is a big scam so be careful.

Upgrade to Digital and then switch. The higher pay in Digital will help you negotiate a batter deal at your next company

Upgrading to digital is much easier as compared achieving innovator milestone. It's better to go for digital and in parallel trying for switch. As directly going for switch you won't get much hike as they will consider your ninja ctc, unless you are capable to crack big product based.
