Switch or stay?

I had worked in Accenture and after completion of 4 years I received an offer from infosys and a mid size company with a hike of 100% from both infosys and mid size ...so I decided to join mid size instead of infosys as I wanted do focus on learning.. After 2 months they gave me an unrealistic deadline which I couldn't complete so they said they can't work with me and they shifted me to another project..the manager is pretty cool and he gave me development time and also assigned a reviewer for my work but yesterday I again received a revised offer from infosys ...the HR said we are giving you 125% hike and also released offer letter. The work in my present company is good but I feel unsafe whereas in infosys I have to face bench policy...so I am confused Please suggest
