Switch or stay?
I had worked in Accenture and after completion of 4 years I received an offer from infosys and a mid size company with a hike of 100% from both infosys and mid size ...so I decided to join mid size instead of infosys as I wanted to focus on learning.. After 2 months they gave me an unrealistic deadline which I couldn't complete so they said they can't work with me and they shifted me to another project..the manager is pretty cool and he gave me development time and also assigned a reviewer for my work but yesterday I again received a revised offer from infosys ...the HR said we are giving you 125% hike and also released offer letter. The work in my present company is good but I feel unsafe whereas in infosys I have to face bench policy...so I am confused Please suggest

My main concern is project only...I am really confused
In my present company which is mid-sized there is no work from home, we have to come a minimum 4 days a week but infosys has 10 days a month ..
Infosys is a decent firm, you will have Senior Consultants working together to help and grow...But you cannot determine projects as you will be tagged to any projects, can be Development or even Support roles with less growth. Choose wisely, don't always run for Hikes as at times you need to also prioritize your Work life balance
