Switch or Stay
Hi ,
I am working at TCS for the past 3 years everything is just perfect in my Project good manager less pressure less work because of this I can able to spend more time for my parents and taking care of my grandma due to age related ailments.I am getting around 10.6 LPA and I am a bachelor aged 29 years old. Currently, I have got offer from Capgemini with 16 LPA fixed.It has making lot of confusion to decide between money vs work life balance ?
Kindly , share your thoughts and life experience by reading my description.
If i was in your place I would stay.
Why do you want to be in comfort zone?you are getting 16lpa,dont you want money?
Not like that everyone needs money.As i said above , I am only the person taking care of my family recently my grandma is not well so i need to spend atleast 3 hrs daily to take care.Mainly , It has stoping me because of good project and work life balance.So , Just seeking your advice how to handle it here ? Will it be alright if i resign or
Depends on you to take decision simple if you want money take offer and try for more if you don't want money then stay but think about professional growth
