Trending @Wipro; Switch or Stay ?

I have completed 3 years since joining Wipro. I have total 7.5 years of experience.. wipro is my second company. I joined Wipro with a package of 20 lakhs. In the last 3 years, I have received a salary hike of 1 lakh. The work-life balance in my project is good, but since work from office has started, I have had to shift from my hometown to Pune. Should I switch companies now?
