Hi everyone!
I need a suggestion. It has been 1.5 years already in Accenture. I joined as a fresher at level 12.3 Shall I switch the company now?is it a good time ?
Or shall I serve here for at least 1 year more?
Leads- are the promotion chances good here if I wait?

whichever role you want to switch keep learning and upskill that role, keep applying but if you don’t get any offer then staying 1 more year isn’t bad choice; next 2 year are like 2007-8 kinda year so people will not judge you in long term on your profile as long as you have a job
