Switch or not - with reasons please

Currently working in Deloitte India at 20 LPA. Have got an offer from a tier 2 consulting firm of 27 LPA. But designation remains the same. What to do?

Deloitte itself is a tier 2 consulting firm. So switch obviously as everything is same and money is more.

I mean the company is not Big 4. And it follows Deloitte USI type model wherein we will work in India and serve clients of a different country. While the current job in Deloitte India is client-facing
