Switch or Not to Switch

I come Frome non tech background, joined one of the global banks, due to restructuring my team does not have any work. I technically have 5 months of work experience.

My VP says we should get something by March ? my manager asked me to be ready with resume anything can happen.

what should I do ? Learning at MNC is very slow.

Starr preparing for interviews. Spend time on weekends preparing and applying for new jobs. Better to switch rather than wait for something to happen. Be prepared for worse from your end. Talk people in your network with same job roles.
