Switch or not

I am a manual tester in TCS my total experience is 2.6years my package is 8.5 LPA , I am in a confusion to switch or not switch being heard that TCS has work life balance and can’t come back to TCS once resigned, if switching is good choice then which role I can switch to

Bro U have a good package now ..for 2.6 years of experience but will you get a good package if you try to switch and tell the next company that all you did was manual testing.. despite having good command over coding ??? (I am assuming since u are digital u have good coding knowledge )
