Switch or Don't? Startup offering 10lpa

Currently in an MNC at a non-tech product role @ 6.5LPA, the manager is amazing and the team is chill. Work is also fun but the company didn't give appraisals this year.

A brand new startup approached me and is offering 10lpa fixed.

This will be my first ever switch, should I dew it?

I'm 22.

Haan even if it sucks, you've no option - unless you bring the offer and say you wanna stay if matched.

I've sent back the signed offer letter and they've said thank-you for sharing the docs. Should I now assume I'm secured and give my resignation plus notice in my current company? What if they rescind the offer? I think I'm being very paranoid.
