My current CTC is 23 LPA + 2 VP and I have ORCL RSUs worth 17 lakhs. Is it a good option to withdraw the RSUs of 2L and then change the company or should I continue with Oracle?

If it’s 17lac/ year stay if it’s total 17 lac to be vested in 4 years, leave.
Standard package of 11 yr work ex is around 40-45 outside

Right now share market is down, don't sell them , you will be in loss. Wait for sometime, when market is positive then sell them.
