I am on SAP IBP business analyst profile(3 yrs exp) and getting around 8 LPA CTC in TCS. I am getting good project and will get development project that I am aspiring in next month. Also, my manager will give me onsite opportunity at year end and I will get promotion soon but hike percentage will be around 20-30% at max.
I got offer letter from Deloitte with fixed part 14LPA + 2LPA variable. I am getting designation of Consultant and role AM. I am getting good package over here but not sure about the project that I will get and work culture.
I am thinking if TCS give me around 12 LPA, I will stay because of the development project that I will get. Please suggest your opinion on the same.
Better to join Deloitte. Promotion Cannot be initiated until you are 4years of experience. As backlogs will be clear 1st for promotion.
Do not wait for onsite, to hold people in project managers give this option and later they will say we tried and give 100 reasons
