Trending @Accenture; Switch jobs from Accenture with only 1 year experience worth it?

I joined Accenture on June 2023 through my college placement and has been working as a Network admin in one of the top projects. Honestly the work is good and the field is promising. However operations demand you work different shifts and my shifts change every 2 or 3 weeks. And my week off comes on Sunday and Monday. I have never been a strong technical guy even though I did study electronics for my bachelor's. So recently I have been thinking about moving job roles. I am more inclined to project management, content creation, UX etc. Or similar creative domains. In your opinion should I move internally after doing certifications in these? Or should I get more experience get certified on the side and switch jobs? I am not really happy with the way my shifts are going and for my skills and effort I feel I am being underpaid as well. Note I am doing certifications on Coursera but if there are other relevant ones I would greatly appreciate knowing some of them Thank you in advance!

You should focus on certifications in your desired field first. Internal transfers can be easier and less risky. If shifts and pay are major issues, consider switching jobs after gaining more experience.
