Switch job role to ML/AI/Data Science

I have done master in machine learning.But was previously working as a python developer and support analyst. Now I joined TCS after LWP but I am not getting roles in data science or machine learning as I don't have experience in these .I have good projects and research papers to showcase but still not getting.Can you please help.
