Hi,
I started applying for jobs and updated my naukri profile from start of dec. I'm everyday updating my naukri profile I recieved few calls till last week but now I'm not getting a single call Also the profile hits have reduced on naukri though I have kept the last working day as 25th January 2026
Can someone guide me where I'm missing and what i should do during this time
Also is there is any hiring freeze that's going on People who have switched recently please add your experience here

As far as I know, in December end US based companies go on long holidays , so hiring stops in this period and also, in this period companies are busy preparing budgets for next financial year, so I don't think lot of hiring happens at this time
