Switch help Companies and Hike

Hi grapes.. How much hike I can expect for the following profile while switching? And when can I start preparing for the same? I have a very peculiar tech stack and role I feel. So which companies can I target?

YoE : 3.5 Current CTC : 9.5 LPA Current Company : Deloitte Up for a promotion from A to C next year in June with approx 20-25%hike.

Role : Cloud Database Engineer Tech : AWS, GCP, Azure, Postgres, MSSQL, Mysql, IaC, Terraform, Github actions
