Is there a policy where as vendor side we cannot switch to our client company. What if I join my client after resigning hcl.

Check with Vendor HR , if their partnership clause with HCL have a cooling off period or not , if Not than u can join the vendor Company . There are N no. Of instances where people join the partner companies

Yeah there is an internal policy. If the client wants to absorb you you need to get a green flag from the hcl end.

Yes there is I don't exactly but until unless client and hcl doesn't agrees on this You can't switch to client
