Switched from 6.3lpa inhand roughly 43500 To 10lpa fixed with 50k bonus inhand roughly 78k
Is that good amount for 3.2yr experience??

Inhand wold be 70k max. And yeah, it’s decent.
Inhand is 78 overall its 83k out of 83k after deducting its 78k inhand..
Tgere are very Less deduction product base so
product based or service based doesn’t matter bro, there are alot of deductions like pf and service tax and all.. pf itself would deduct 7-8k per month.. expect no more than 70k.
Since it is product based, based on your 10LPA base, I assume your CTC would be around 12-14 (including joining, reloc, performance bonuses and other perks). I this this is fair enough for 3.2
They gave 50k joining bonus too so its roughly like10.5lpa kind off
