Switch from TCS (skill set SAP PP)

Hi I have completed 3 years in TCS and have a current CTC of 6.75 lpa, how much CTC could I ask from other companies while negotiating?

Do some research on the internet, you will get a rough idea about how much salary you can get for your experience and skills. If you have some niche skills which are hard to acquire for someone new then you can ask more as well. In your next offer, do check how much is fixed, how much is variable, any extra benefits like medical insurance, joining bonus, etc.
