Switch from tcs after cleaning wings 1

I have done my BCA and joined tcs as a graduate trainee and got a support project in the navigation system. After one year cleared the wings and my current ctc is 7. And now I am in another project which is a Linux administrator. I want to switch from tcs to another company, How I can do and what ctc I can expect after this.

As you have cleared wings and got 7 CTC, like that only you can try for innovator wings exam so your CTC would be 11 and then you can switch to other company and based on your current CTC you can ask for more increment that would be around 13 to 15 CTC.
