Switch from PwC to Accenture Strategy

I have more 4+ YOE in PwC AC (Oracle Fusion Functional). I recently got an offer from Accenture Strategy for L9 position with 35% hike. Is it worth accepting the offer considering their work culture, hike and bonus payout?
