Switch from oracle?

Has anyone done a successful switch or know someone to microsoft or google after working 3 years at Oracle? Also, Can anyone tell why one's cv is usually rejected at Google?

Google has become such a rubbish company. Worst HR. Got ghosted 3 times in the last 4 months. They are still scheduling my 2nd round since months. Sometimes the opening is closed, sometimes the interviewer is on leave, sometimes the hr is replaced.
