Switch from manual tester to data analyst

You should first try to learn the basics of the data analyst role before trying to switch the role.

A few people I know who were already in automation testing didn't find it suitable for them; so they upskilled further in test automation and got a decent salary as well.

So first try to figure out if it will be suitable for you or not.

If not you can try with test automation or change profile to BA or similar roles.
