Switch from IT Company to a NGO
Hi guys,
I am about to receive an offer letter from a NGO. They are hiring me for Java backend developer role. Only threee people will be on my time(one lead, one frontend guy and me). I am really not sure about the growth in my career if I switch to an NGO. Generally in IT company, you have multiple projects where you can switch. But heree only one project is there.
Need your advice guys, should I switch to this NGO. If yes, what will be the impact of this on my career.
Don't join a NGO. Start one. It's the best business. There is guy in twitter who claims its costs him 16k per day to feed dogs. Imagine the moolah he rakes in every day. And best part, it's tax free.
If you can't start one, don't join one. Don't be the pawn in another man's game
