It totally depends bro, if you are a system engineer with decent experience, then even in the current market you can expect more than 100% hike, but if you are a dse or specialist programmer, don't expect anything more than 70 % max, but that's just my experience, if you have enough experience and skill you could even get more than 100% hike, but looking at current market scenarios, and I am aware about the work culture in infosys, and also the notice period, most of the companies won't offer that much, nonetheless keep working hard, and aim for the stars even if you fail you'll land on clouds...
