Switch from data engineer to data analyst

I am currently working in the AI and data engineering offering in S&A , but I feel I am not able to learn and grow here , I am looking for a switch in startup based companies and as an off campus hire (with very less package) , I dont even like working here as promotion from associate analyst to analyst will take 3 yrs which doesnt make sense, what skills can I work on to make a switch because I dont get offers yet from other companies🥲.
