Switch from BPO to Project Management - 33 years

I have around 9 years of experience in BPOs 4 years in India and 5 years outside India I have worked in the below projects Telecom Customer service Supply Chain Management Digital Marketing Technical Support

I am currently a quality analyst with salary of 16 lakhs per annum outside india I am 33 years old with BSC IT from Amity university (distance education) I want to move back to India but with project management roles i.e. non bpo

Can someone please give practical advice as i don't think BPO is the right choice going forward?

I know it's very late to switch but i need practical advice from industry experts. How do i start and get project management jobs
