Switch from 5G Domain to devops/cloud, possible? YOE 3

I have one query about switch process

Currently I'm in a 5G telecom project which I'm not looking forward to continue because it does not align my interest and i was randomly got assigned to this project.

I have interest in cloud and devops side. I have studied devops and have GCP-ACE certificate, 2 Azure ones, currently going for GCP cloud architect.

I have yet to complete any personal project related to devops/cloud.

What can everyone suggest me to do so i can land this tech jobs

Even I have no experience in these field and technology and hands on experience.

How do i write these things and able to get calls?

What will you guys suggest.?
