Switch form TCS AND LEARN SAP CPI

I have been working in TCS from past 3 years still my salary was 4.1 with 2 B bandings. So that I decided to switch Company and I choose SAP CPI. Guys could you let me know how SAP CPI carrier will be. I heard very very aggressive packages in this technology. Is it true. I am waiting for your suggestions.

I was also planning to learn SAP CPI, but currently on which tech stack are you working on? Also when I checked in job portals the openings seems to be very few which also require more experience
