Switch for other company
Hi i joined tcs 2 yrs before I am a developer but they mapped to support the project and now in the development project but technology stack is outdated. Feel to switch but getting fear whether I can survive outside due to this 2yrs gap in support project. Feeling job insecurity if ho outside.

The more you delay, the more you will get fear of your skills.
Spend 3 or 6 months to refresh/learn a skill and start attending interviews after 2 or 3 months itself.
Accept that there will be struggle in the initial days, but you wont regret.

Many people say the market is very low . So don't leave tcs as it has a job safety
