Switch during LWP period.
Hi team, are we able to resign during our LWP for child care. Can I please get to know what all consequences we need to face.

Even I want to do this but right now I am in active project. But planning to take child care leave for one month and then resign. If I resign during this month do I need to join back and serve notice period or not required?

Yes it is possible but you run the risk of having to join and serve a 90 days NP if in active project.
Else mostly you would get released early.
