Switch domain.

I want to switch to Oracle Fusion Financials from OCR application support, I tried to switch internally but didn’t have many openings. please advise how I can switch from my current organisation to a new one for Fusion Financials.

I have approached a few institutes but they are asking a huge amount and change my exp as Fusion Financials, is it advisable to continue with the Institute or how can I proceed?

I have knowledge on GL & AP Please advise who are working on the Fusion applications, Thanks in Advance.
