Switch company

Hi All I am fresher. I want to know how people plan for switching company. Do they get a offer and then resign and if the new company allows the notice period. Can we try to reduce the Notice period?

Switching companies? It's like changing your underwear, kid. You don't do it in public and you don't do it without a fresh pair in hand. You got an offer? Good. Now, resign. Negotiate your notice period? Ha! Try it, and watch your boss laugh. "Notice period kam karne ki koshish? Mazak banaoge?" Now, tell me, why are you so eager to jump ship?

Thanks that's a great example easy to understand 😁. I am not planning to switch any sooner I am still not yet skilled enough learning on my first project.
