Switch career-Automation QA to Product Manager

I am a seasoned automation QA lead and now I am thinking of making a career switch to product manager. I do not plan to do any MBA for that and rather learn through Udemy, LinkedIn or AI. Has anyone done a similar switch? If yes then please share your experience
