Trending @Capgemini; Switch as frontend developer

I have 2.3 years of experience, in that I worked as a shadow resource as Angular dev. , and worked on many apps POCs and internal same as Angular dev. I am also helping different Angular developers on their app whenever they are stuck somewhere , but now I am working in a SaaS app which is for 6 months , can I switch to some other company with my total experience as Angular developer, as I was never billable to any app but in a project.
