Switch after Annual Appraisal ?

Is it good to submit resignation after annual appraisal? Or should I submit resignation before annual appraisal?

Note: I have not yet got offer from any other company. Maybe because waiting period is 3 months.

If you have an offer, go and resign. If you dont , then wait until you get the offer.

Base your decisions on offer letter, not appraisal/band/hike letter.

I would suggest that you resign after appraisal as if u resign anytime before u receive the letter you wont receive it. This brings loss to your future compensation negotiations as they are based on current compensation. I know TCS will not give big hike but still each penny matters
