I have been working as a manual tester in a project in tcs for 3 years. Now I am confused about whether I should change the project or change the company by preparing for automation testing. I need WFH actually due to personal reasons but as we know they are not providing. Please suggest.

You can switch to automation testing within the tcs itself as there are lots of opportunities for automation testing also if your project base location is not as same as your base location you can manage doing WFH. Meanwhile look outside for better pay , better work and better growth!! All the best 😊
